Oba Femi taunts Trick Williams.
On Tuesday's WWE NXT, Oba Femi's historic reign with the NXT North American Championship came to an end, as he was defeated by Tony D'Angelo. Fans have been speculating on Femi's future in NXT, wondering if he'll continue chasing the belt or if he'll move on to bigger things.
In an interview that was recorded before the October 8 edition of NXT, Femi told Scott Johnson of the Going Ringside podcast that he wants to face off with Trick Williams.
"Trick Williams. Right now, Trick Williams is the guy. I’m letting him have his little parade right now. When the time comes, Trick. I think he wanted to be a star and entertaining, but once he crosses that line and comes into this realm, this is the real. This is the raw. I don’t think he wants this."
Elsewhere in the interview, Femi said that he'd love to see WWE bring a PLE to Africa. Learn more about those comments here.
