Orange Cassidy will defend the AEW International Championship against Jon Moxley at All Out.
Cassidy was able to secure his spot on the pay-per-view on the August 30 episode of AEW Dynamite, as he defeated Penta El Zero Miedo in a International Championship bout. Cassidy won the match after rolling up Zero Miedo following a near fall kick out.

Following the conclusion of the match, Cassidy cut a promo, saying despite the fact that he's tired, he's going to continue fighting for the International Championship. Moxley then came to the ring and went nose to nose with Cassidy as the show went off the air.
