PAC captured the title for the first time in December of 2018 which was two months after he reemerged back onto the wrestling scene following his departure from WWE. PAC has gone on to compete for a handful of promotions around Europe and was also slated to wrestle for All Elite Wrestling.
Official details concerning PAC's removal from his scheduled matches with AEW at the company's Double Or Nothing and Fyter Fest shows are not known, but co-Executive Vice Presidents Nick and Matt Jackson have stated over various fronts that they want PAC in AEW.
PAC versus "Hangman" Adam Page was originally slated to take place at Double Or Nothing but the two men had their match at a Wrestlegate show prior to Double Or Nothing and to watch that match, click here.
