Pat McAfee Doesn't Think He Could Pass A Drug Test For WrestleMania, 'I'm On Everything They Test For'

Pat McAfee is on everything.

Pat McAfee returned as the full-time announcer on WWE Raw after the WWE Royal Rumble, falling back into a groove alongside Michael Cole. McAfee has pulled double duty as a wrestler and an announcer before, famously appearing and eliminating himself in the 2024 men's Royal Rumble, but he isn't sure he'll be able to wrestle at WrestleMania 40.

"I don’t think I could pass any drug test for WrestleMania because they drug test people. I am on everything I think they’re testing for," McAfee said on All The Smoke.

McAfee said he's on the "rich guy stuff" that keeps him thin because he used to get fat in the offseason. He said he doesn't understand the effects of the stuff he's on.

McAfee wrestled at WrestleMania 38 and WrestleMania 39.

He defeated Austin Theory at WrestleMania 38 but lost to Vince McMahon. He defeated The Miz at WrestleMania 39.
