Penelope Ford is back.
Penelope Ford has been absent from AEW for several months, and she has not wrestled since February 2023. However, she made her surprise return on the October 8th episode of AEW Dynamite.
Ford interfered in the Number One Contender's Match between Willow Nightingale, Jamie Hayter, Saraya, and Nyla Rose. She ran in and hit Hayter with a chair. Hayter chased Ford to the back, indirectly removing herself from the match.

In March 2023, Ford and Sabian opened up about suffering a miscarriage.
Ford has been with AEW since 2019. She was previously paired on-screen with Kip Sabian, who is now her husband. Kip Sabian recently returned to AEW programming as well.
