Penta debuts in WWE.
In the worst kept secret in recent memory, the former Penta El Zero Miedo made his debut to a deafening reaction on the January 13 edition of WWE Raw, emerging as the mystery opponent for Chad Gable.
After a heated back and forth contest, the finishing sequence of the match saw Penta hit Gable with a Mexcian Destroyer. Moments later, Gable regained his composure and locked in an ankle lock on Penta. Penta was able to escape the hold before hitting his signature arm break maneuver and a Penta Driver for the victory.

After the match, Penta cut a promo declaring that it's time for the Penta era in WWE. Penta also spoke some spanish for his family, thanking them for attending the event.
“For everyone in Mexico and all of Latin America, I want to say thank you for being part of the process and accompanying in my road to joining WWE. This is the result of a Mexican who was to push forward. I want to thank my family for being here”
This was Penta's first match in nearly three months, with his most recent bout coming against DMT Azul in singles action back in September 2024.
