Powerhouse Hobbs is back.
On the November 6 edition of AEW Dynamite, Ricochet came out for the main event and revealed that he would be teaming with the returning Powerhouse Hobbs to face the Don Callis Family (Kyle Fletcher and Konosuke Takeshita). Ricochet explained that Hobbs' contract with Don Callis expired back in October. This was Hobbs' first time appearing in AEW since April 2024 due to injury.
In the closing stretch of the match, Ricochet attempted to send Takeshita flying with a hurricanrana. Instead, Takeshita caught him in mid air and tried to turn it into a powerbomb. Ricochet reversed that into a pin attempt that nearly scored him the win.
Moments later, Ricochet went up and nailed Takeshita with a Shooting Star Press. Ricochet then followed up the high-flying move with a Spirit Gun clothesline to pick up the victory over Takeshita.

After the match, things broke down, as Kyle Fletcher began to destory Ricochet with a chair. Mark Davis ran down to the ring to try and stop Fletcher, but instead, he was attacked from behind by Lance Archer and Brian Cage.
Eventually, all of the Don Callis associates ganged up on Mark Davis and tried to stab him with a screwdriver. At the last moment, Will Ospreay made his return to the company and sprinted down to the ring.
