Report: Alexa Bliss Suffered Concussion At WWE Live Event

A possible tough break for Alexa Bliss.

Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer reports that Bliss suffered a concussion at a WWE Live Event in Hartford on Saturday, Oct. 20. Bliss was teaming with Mickie James against Ronda Rousey and Nia Jax. It was Bliss' second bout back after suffering an arm injury in September. She also worked the Live Event on Friday. She was pulled from Sunday's Live Event in Boston.

WWE did not confirm the concussion.

Fans may have noticed that Bliss was not on Raw on Monday to help build her WWE Evolution match against Trish Stratus and Lita. In a backstage segment, Alicia Fox and Mickie James attacked Stratus and Lita. The WWE Hall of Famers quickly turned the tables, getting the better of Fox and James. Bliss' presence was noticeably absent from the segment.

It's been a rough month for Bliss, who was pulled from WWE Mixed Match Challenge on Sept. 18 when she woke up and experienced numbness in her arm. She wrestled Ronda Rousey at Hell in a Cell two nights prior.

As of now, she is still scheduled to team with Mickie James against Lita and Stratus at WWE Evolution this Sunday.
