Heath was injured during the Call Your Shot Gauntlet at IMPACT Bound For Glory.
After delivering a neckbreaker to Brian Myers upon entering the match, Heath got up wobbly and unstable. He continued the match, but was clearly favoring his leg. At one point, Heath went down near the ropes and was checked on by ringside officials. He was eventually tossed over the top by Sami Callihan, officially eliminating him from the match. Ringside officials continued to check on him following his elimination.
PWInsider reports he suffered a knee injury during the match.
Heath posted a photo of himself getting check out on a hospital bed following the bout.

There is no word on the extent of the injury or how long Heath may be out of action.
He earned an IMPACT contract in the match thanks to Rhino picking up the victory.
