James Ellsworth could be on the WWE Network this Sunday.
PWInsider.com has reported the WWE writers have been looking for a way to reintroduce James Ellsworth to the WWE fans and he has been confirmed to be appearing at the Money in the Bank pay-per-view this weekend.
Ellsworth got involved at last year's first ever women's Money in the Bank ladder match when he physically climbed the ladder and retrieved the briefcase for the now Smackdown Women's Champion Carmella who used that very briefcase to become Champion.
At the Money in the Bank pay-per-view, there will be another women's Money in the Bank ladder match which includes Becky Lynch who Ellsworth wrestled in his last match in WWE. Carmella is also defending her Smackdown Women's Championship against Asuka at the event.
Ellsworth responded to the report by posting the following tweet clarifying that he will be at Middle Kingdom Wrestling in China on June 17th which is the day of Money in the Bank.
Ellsworth was originally one of many opponents Braun Strowman decimated but his unique look got him a chance to face AJ Styles a few times and then he was paired with Carmella as her valet.
Fightful Wrestling will have live coverage and a recapping podcast for Money in the Bank.
