Jeff Cobb is reportedly dealing with a knee injury.
According to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer, Cobb is scheduled to undergo an MRI for his knee, which was injured at Wrestle Kingdom 16 night one in a six-man tag team match. Cobb still worked night two against Tetsuya Naito.
Naito was victorious in the bout.
The extent of Cobb's knee injury is currently unknown.
Cobb worked an extended run in North America at the end of 2021, competing for Beyond Wrestling, CMLL, NJPW STRONG, MLW, and more before returning to Japan for the Road to Tokyo Dome shows and Wrestle Kingdom.
