Kaitlyn has been away from WWE for over four years.
According to the Wrestling Observer, Celeste Bonin (formerly Kaitlyn in WWE) was at the June 22nd taping of NXT. The former WWE wrestler was with the company from 2010 to 2014 going between Florida Championship Wrestling, NXT, and the WWE main roster. For much of that time she was teaming or feuding with AJ Lee.
In 2018, Bonin returned to the wrestling ring at a Florida based promotion Coastal Championship Wrestling. At one of those events, she was interviewed by Chris Van Vliet and made a comment about being a "sports entertainer" and joked it was foreshadowing for something else and she was trying to get used to saying that instead of "wrestler."
Since leaving the WWE, Bonin has been public about the changes in her diet and exercise which have changed her physique drastically. She has a vlog YouTube channel which has followed her life, fitness, and return to the ring.
