An update on Sasha Banks.
According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider, Sasha Banks is in Orlando, FL today filming content for the WWE 2K20 video game. Banks was reportedly in New York, also doing work for WWE. Despite not appearing on WWE television since WrestleMania 35, Banks is still under contract with the company.
Banks reportedly wanted out of WWE after finding out she and Bayley would be losing the Women's Tag Team Titles at WrestleMania 35. She was also reportedly frustrated after learning of WWE's plan to split The Boss N Hug Connection. While Banks has been off television, Bayley has been thriving, capturing the SmackDown Women's Title at WWE Money in the Bank.
The Legit Boss reportedly had a meeting with Vince McMahon on May 23 and things are "said to be better" between her and WWE. She reportedly could return to television at some point during the summer, but as of now, nothing is official.
