An update on Sheamus.
According to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer, Sheamus is currently dealing with "really bad" shoulder injury.
Sheamus has not wrestled since the August 18 episode of WWE SmackDown when he lost to Edge. Butch & Ridge Holland of the Brawling Brutes have continued to be on television during that time.
It is unknown when Sheamus will return to the ring.
In a photo posted on social media on September 23, Sheamus can be seen wearing a neck brace.

Fightful Select reported on September 20 that Sheamus' contract is set to expire in 2024.
