AEW Rampage (10/27/2023) Results: Santana vs Ortiz, #1 Contender's Four Way, MJF & Kenny Omega Speak

On October 27, 2023, All Elite Wrestling hosted a new episode of AEW Rampage on TNT. The show was headlined by Abadon, Skye Blue, Willow Nightingale & Anna Jay facing each other to earn a shot at the AEW Women's Title.

The show also featured a heated bout between Mike Santana & Ortiz, plus Kyle Fletcher facing Konosuke Takeshita, plus MJF & Kenny Omega speaking ahead of their AEW World Title bout at AEW Collision. Full results are listed below.

Spoiler: Former ROH Champion Returns At ROH Boxing Day Brawl Tapings

AEW Rampage (10/27/2023).

  • Mike Santana def. Ortiz.
    • After the match, Sonjay Dutt tried to talk with Ortiz. Ortiz followed him backstage.
  • There was a vignette featuring MJF, Renee Paquette, Excalibur & Kenny Omega to preview the match between Omega & MJF for the AEW World Title set to happen on the 10/28/2023 edition of AEW Collision; however, Jay White confronted Omega in the vignette and told Omega that a true champion would see him on Full Gear. Don Callis then confronted MJF and offered his services, but MJF said that he did not need his help before walking away.
  • Renee Paquette interviewed Willow Nightingale, Skye Blye & TVS Champion Kris Statlander, with Stalander asking what was going on with them since Julia Hart misted them. Willow said that she was fine, but Blue told them to focus on their own ventures before storming out of the interview.
  • Kip Sabian & Penelope Ford came to the ring to cut a promo making fun of Philadelphia Sports, but he was interrupted by a returning Mark Briscoe. Mriscoe attacked Sabian before clotheslining him to the outside.
  • Anna Jay, Matt Menard, Angelo Parker, Daniel Garcia & Jake Hager were interviewed by Renee Paquette backstage, but they were interrupted by Don Callis. Callis asked if any two were interested in taking out Jericho, which Menard & Parker accepted the offer despite Garcia's wishes. Parker then spoke with Ruby Soho afterward.
  • AEW Women's Championship - #1 Contender's Match: Abadon def. Skye Blue, Willow Nightingale & Anna Jay.
    • Toni Storm watched the match from the ramp alongside Luther.
  • AEW Trios Tag Team Champions The Acclaimed (Anthony Bowens & Max Caster) & Billy Gunn cut a promo backstage, saying that they will celebrate their 69th day as champions in next week's Collision. Caster said that he would invite MJF, but Bowens & Gunn refused to invite MJF.
  • Tony Khan hosted a brief press conference with Claudio Castagnoli & AEW International Champion Orange Cassidy ahead of their title match on the 11/1/2023 edition of AEW Dynamite. Cassidy said that he was only in the press conference to show he looks better than Claudio in a suit.
  • Konosuke Takeshita (w/ Don Callis & Powerhouse Hobbs) def. Kyle Fletcher.
    • After the match, Takeshita, Callis & Hobbs picked Fletcher up. Instead of attacking Fletcher, Callis told Fletcher that he wanted him to be his apprentice. Fletcher walked alongside The Don Callis Family to end the broadcast.
