On August 17, 2023, IMPACT hosted a new episode of IMPACT Wrestling on AXS TV & via their YouTube Channel.

The show was headlined by Sami Callihan teaming up with Rich Swann against The Rascalz in the Finals of the IMPACT Tag Title #1 Contender's Tournament. Full results & highlights are listed below.

IMPACT Wrestling TV (8/17/2023).

  • Deonna Purrazzo def. KiLynn King (w/ Taylor Wilde).
  • Kenny King was interviewed by Gia Miller backstage. King promised to break Johnny Swinger's hips at Emergence to retain the IMPACT Digital Media Championship.
  • Killer Kelly def. Jessicka & Savannah Evans.
  • Dirty Dango & Alpha Bravo cut a promo on Jake Something, where Dango said that Something was starving for money for doing the "outlaw mud shows". Dango then made fun of Jake Something's "Tinder Profile".
  • Moose def. Kevin Knight.
  • The Rascalz were interviewed backstage, but they were interrupted by Ace Austin & Chris Bey, who accused them of paying off The Good Hands to attack them last week. Santino Marella got in the way and made a match pitting Austin & Bey against The Good Hands next week.
  • Eric Young def. Kon (w/ Deaner) (via Disqualification).
    • Deaner & Kon attacked Young with a chair after the match.
  • Joe Hendry & Yuya Uemura were backstage trying to prepare to become a full-time tag team in a Music Video, sung by Hendry.
  • Tom Hannifan hosted the second part of the sit-down interview with Crazzy Steve. He discussed his past suffering domestic abuse, the passing of his mother, and having to play a clown in his early days in IMPACT. The third part of the interview will air next week.
  • Chris Sabin cut a promo calling out X-Division Champion Lio Rush, but Samuray del Sol confronted him and told him that he wanted a shot at Rush first. The two agreed to a match for next week.
  • No Disqualification Match: Bully Ray def. Black Taurus.
    • PCO came in to attack Bully Ray after the match. Ray put PCO through a table, but PCO rose back up. Ray ran out of the building for the second week in a row.
  • Eddie Edwards was interviewed backstage, where he said that he wanted to end things with Frankie Kazarian. Kazarian confronted Edwards before Kazarian challenged Edwards to a match at Killer Kowalki's Wrestling School, which Edwards accepted.
  • IMPACT Tag Team Championship #1 Contender’s Tournament - Finals: The Rascalz (Trey Miguel & Zachary Wentz) def. Sami Callihan & Rich Swann.
