On August 3, 2023, IMPACT hosted a new episode of IMPACT Wrestling on AXS TV & via their YouTube Channel. The show was headlined by Kenny King defending his IMPACT Digital Media Championship against Yuya Uemura & Joe Hendry, and The Rascalz faces the team of Jonathan Gresham & Mike Bailey for the first match of the IMPACT Tag Team Championship #1 Contender's Tournament.

Elsewhere on the card, Heath faced Alan Angels, Trinity kicked off the show & more. Full results & highlights are listed below and will be updated as the show happens.

IMPACT Wrestliing TV (8/3/2023).

  • Trinity kicked off the show, but she was interrupted by Deonna Purrazzo. Purazzo stated that she was here to congratulate Trinity on winning the title, but they were interrupted by The Coven, who stated that they hated that they lost against Dani Luna & Trinity. The four brawled, leading to an impromptu tag match.
  • The Coven (Taylor Wilde & KiLynn King) def. Trinity & Deonna Purrazzo.
  • The Rascalz cut a promo backstage, but they were interrupted by Scott D'Amore. D'Amore told them that if they got involved in any other Tournament matches, they would be suspended indefinitely.
  • Alisha Edwards cut a promo backstage, but she were interrupted by Jody Threat backstage. Threat & Edwards will go one-on-one next week.
  • Heath def. Alan Angels.
  • Eric Young was interviewed backstage by Gia Miller, where Young promised that "the world would see the truth tonight".
  • Jake Something def. Davey Vega.
  • Lio Rush was on a phone call backstage, but was interrupted by Bully Ray, Brian Myers & Moose. Rush told them that they can trust him, but did specify that the alliance won't last long. Ray invited Rush to his 6-man tag next week so that he can experience the trust first-hand.
  • IMPACT Digital Media Championship Match: Kenny King (c) (w/ Sheldon Jean) def. Joe Hendry vs. Yuya Uemura.
  • Jonathan Gresham & Mike Bailey were interviewed backstage ahead of their match against The Rascalz. Gresham said that he felt confident about beating The Rascalz, but Bailey said that he had to convince Gresham to be in the tourney due to the lack of rule enforcement. Bailey told Gresham that they can beat anyone with the right mindset & optimism, but Gresham said that optimism does not win before leaving the interview.
  • Josh Alexander, KUSHIDA & The Motor City Machine Guns (Alex Shelley & Chris Sabin) cut a promo backstage, where they called out Bully Ray, Moose, Brian Myers & Lio Rush to an 8-man Tag for Emergence.
  • Courtney Rush & Jessicka were backstage trying to find out how to get a shot at the IMPACT Knockout's Tag Titles before they were confronted by Crazzy Steve. Steve tried to speak with Rush, but Rush & Jessicka left the scene as they were trying to find a way to get a title shot.
  • Tag Team Championship #1 Contender's Tournament - First Round: The Rascalz (Trey Miguel & Zachary Wentz) vs. Mike Bailey & Jonathan Gresham.
  • There was a vignette showing Eric Young getting up after being stabbed by Deaner back on the December 1, 2022 edition of IMPACT Wrestling. The Vignette ended with Young getting on a Motorcycle and leaving the prison and stating the following before the end of the broadcast: "I'm more than a man, more than life, more than death. I am an idea, and I will live forever".
