Tokyo Joshi Pro-Wrestling (TJPW) concluded the third annual Max Heart Tournament on Saturday. In the finals, Miyu Yamashita and Maki Itoh defeated Shoko Nakajima and Hyper Misao to win the tournament for the very first time.
The victory for 121000000 came when Itoh forced Nakajima to tap out to the Itoh Special, her version of the Texas Cloverleaf.
This not only marks the first tournament win for Yamashita and Itoh as a tag team but also Yamashita's first-ever tournament win as well despite all of her accolades in her TJPW career. It was Itoh's second tournament win to go along with her Tokyo Princess Cup win in 2021.

With the win, Yamashita and Itoh will now get a chance to challenge Max The Impaler and Heidi Howitzer for the Princess Tag Team Championship.
No date has been made official for the challenge, but Grand Princess '23 and TJPW's show in the United States during WrestleMania Weekend are both great possibilities for the Max Heart winners.
