  • A video package recapped the history of The Calling and their feud with Alex Hammerstone, Mance Warner, Mance Warner and 1 Called Manders.
  • In an interview, Davey Boy Smith Jr. expressed his excitement ahead of MLW Battle Riot V. He picked his number for the battle royal and vows to win it.
  • The broadcast team discussed the return of the Opera Cup and notes that Alex Kane has been banned from qualifying for the tournament.
  • War Chamber Match: The Calling (Rickey Shane Page, AKIRA, Delirious & Doctor Cornwallis) (with Raven) def. Team Hammerstone (Alex Hammerstone, 1 Called Manders, Mance Warner & Matthew Justice)
    • Hammerstone seemingly suffered an injury, and he was helped to the back. Page pinned Justice for the win.
  • In a promo, Delmi Exo targeted MLW Women's World Featherweight Champion Taya Valkyrie and said she’s coming for the title.
  • An ambulance arrived at the arena. MLW CEO Court Bauer shared an update on Alex Hammerstone and stated that he was in a lot of pain. Bauer emphasized hat they’ll take things day by day and make a decision from there. He made it clear he’s not in favor of interim titles. Alex Kane interrupted and said the uncrowned king should be crowned. Davey Boy Smith Jr. confronted him and they argued, leading to a chaotic brawl as the majority of the locker room started fighting.
