Ring of Honor presented the nineteenth episode of their new era on Thursday, July 6, 2023, and it aired on ROH Honor Club. The show was headlined by a Six-Way Mayhem bout featuring Shane Taylor facing off against Trent Seven, Josh Woods, Brian Cage, Willie Mack & Dalton Castle.

Elsewhere on the card, Athena faced off against Seleziya Sparx in a Proving Ground match, Christopher Daniels battled "Red Death" Daniel Garcia, The Kingdom faced off against The Infantry & Trish Adora in a 6-Person Mixed Tag Bout & more.   • Triple Threat Match: Mark Briscoe def. JD Drake & Tony Nese (w/ Mark Sterling).
    • There was a video vignette of the newly crowned NJPW STRONG Open Weight Champion Eddie Kingston. Kingston said that he would not be able to face Claudio Castagnoli; however, Eddie Kingston called out Mark Briscoe and told him to challenge Castagnoli for the ROH World Championship and honor his brother, Jay.
    • Mark Briscoe was interviewed backstage with Briscoe saying that it was his time. Castagnoli interrupted Briscoe that he showed Kingston his limits and that he would show Mark his limits. Castagnoli said that Briscoe should not be following Jay Briscoe's footsteps and that he would show Mark's limits. Mark Briscoe will challenge for the ROH World Championship against Claudio Castagnoli on Death Before Dishonor.

  • Before the Main Event of the evening, Maria Kanellis-Bennett revealed that she was not going to be able to compete due to the fact that she was not medically cleared. Instead, she revealed that she had a replacement, which was revealed to be Leyla Hirsh
  • Leyla Hirsh & The Kingdom (Matt Taven & Mike Bennett) (w/ Maria Kanellis-Bennett) vs. The Infantry (Shawn Dean, Carlie Bravo) & Trish Adora.
