- Billie Starkz appeared backstage to cut a promo but was immediately interrupted by Athena, who told Starkz she better lay down for her in the ROH Qualifier of the NJPW Women's International Cup before saying Starkz may earn a seat in the Athena World Tour if she obliged.
- After that segment, Ian Riccaboni & Caprice Coleman welcomed the audience to the broadcast before transitioning into the opening match.
- NJPW International Women's Cup - ROH Qualifier: Athena def. Red Velvet, Billie Starkz & Leyla Hirsch via Pinfall (Single Leg Hook on Velvet).
- The Outrunners (Turbo Floyd & Truth Magnum) def. Premier Athletes (Tony Nese & Ariya Daivari) (w/ Mark Sterling & Josh Woods) via Pinfall (Total Recall on Nese).
- Dustin Rhodes cut a promo, where he said that The Righteous may have rattled him but he always gets back up and that Dutch crossed the line by bringing his dad's name (Dusty Rhodes) and the bull-rope into those, saying Dutch did not know the kind of person Dusty was. Rhodes continued to say Dutch was a sick son of a bitch for doing so and now it was on between them and said that The Sons of Texas would leave The Righteous to rot forever and warned them never to mention his dad's name again or they will be the last words they would ever speak.
- Madison Rayne def. Allysin Kay via Pinfall (Crucifix Bomb).
- Alex Reynolds & John Silver were spotted dressed up like The Grizzled Young Veterans before Evil Uno appeared and was confused by it. GYV (James Drake & Zack Gibson) confronted Reynolds & Silver after that before Drake shoved Reynolds. Uno took the scarfs off Silver & Reynolds to diffuse the situation.
- Toa Liona def. Lee Johnson (w/ EJ Nduka) via Pinfall (Springboard Banzai Drop).
- Lee Johnson demanded Liona confront him after the match, to which Liona obliged by hitting a thrust kick on Johnson. Nduka confronted Liona after the match, teasing a confrontation between the two.
- NJPW Strong Openweight Tag Team Championship Match: Grizzled Young Veterans (James Drake & Zack Gibson) (c) def. MxM Collection (Mansoor & Mason Madden) via Pinfall (Grit Your Teeth on Mansoor).
- Paul Wight was with Jay Lethal & Sonjay Dutt, where Lethal revealed he would make his ROH return at ROH Final Battle. QT Marshall & Aaron Solo interrupted when Marshall challenged Lethal for a match in the event, but Lethal was unconvinced. Marshall continued to poke the bear and said Lethal can carry his bags like Jeff Jarrett. Wight was frustrated and told to book the match for Final Battle.
- Throwback from ROH Final Battle 2021 - Fight Without Honor: Shane Taylor def. Kenny King via Pinfall (Marcus Garvey Driver).
- After that, there was a vignette for Shane Taylor Promotions (Shane Taylor, Lee Moriarty, Anthony Ogogo, Carlie Bravo, Shawn Dean & Trish Adora).
- Sons of Texas (Dustin Rhodes & Sammy Guevara) def. Josh Crane & Eric Dillinger via Pinfall (GTH into Cross Rhodes on Crane).
- After the match, The Righteous (Vincent & Dutch) appeared on the ramp. Dutch tried to storm the ring, but Vincent called his name to hold him back. Dutch & Vincent refused to fight Rhodes & Guevara before referencing the polka dots of Dusty, which made Dustin try and attack The Righteous but was held back by Guevara.
- ROH Pure Championship - Pure Rules Match: Lee Moriarty (c) def. Matt Taven via Submission (Hanging Brutalizer).
- Nigel McGuinness, Jerry Lynn & Christopher Daniels were the judges of the match.
- Athena cut a promo backstage, where she said she would bypass Final Battle to make her way into her World Tour; however, she was immediately interrupted by an irate Billie Starkz, who was frustrated by Athena trying to give up her spot. This led to Starkz challenging Athena to the big-money rematch from last year's Final Battle, which was accepted by Athena. The headline match for Hammerstein is set.
- Tony Schiavone moderated the contract signing between Matt Cardona and ROH World Champion Chris Jericho to make their match at ROH Final Battle in the Hammerstein Ballroom official. Jericho continued to brag about being a New York Native before Matt Cardona called Jericho a false prophet and said Jericho did not care about ROH or anyone else but himself before vowing to prove himself right by winning the ROH World Title in the biggest match of his life. After both signed the contract, Cardona then tossed Jericho into an incoming Bryan Keith before hitting Radio Silence followed by a Spinebuster on Jericho through the table. Cardona stood tall to end the broadcast.
