TNA IMPACT (1/18/2024).

  • After a video package welcoming the TNA Era, Matt Rhewoldt & Tom Hannifan welcomed the audience to the broadcast before transitioning into the opening match.
  • Jake Something def. Mike Bailey, Hijo del Vikingo, Laredo Kid, Trey Miguel & KUSHIDA.
  • Will Ospreay was interviewed backstage by Gia Miller, where he said that Josh Alexander needed to prove he was TNA's world-beater against him, but Ospreay would not give him the chance.
  • There was a video vignette of Ash By Elegance.
  • Gisele Shaw cut a promo backstage, where she bragged about winning the Women's Ultimate X. Gail Kim met with Shaw and told Shaw she did not need her entourage, but Shaw left and disregarded the statements.
  • Xia Brookside def. Tasha Steelz.
  • Joe Hendry cut a promo backstage with DJ Whoo Kid's laptop. Hendry said that AJ Francis DJ Whoo Kid's attack on him was water under the bridge, but said that Whoo Kid's laptop was trash now. Hendry threw the broken laptop into the trash, where he revealed that he put DJ Whoo Kid there.
  • Grizzled Young Veterans (James Drake & Zack Gibson) def. Eric Young & Frankie Kazarian.
    • After the match, Frankie Kazarian caught Eric Young with a lariat. Kazarian picked Young up and spiked him with the Beach Break.
  • The System (Brian Myers, Alisha Edwards, Eddie Edwards & TNA World Champion Moose) celebrated their success at TNA Hard to Kill. Edwards said that no one would stop them now, not even Kazuchika Okada or The Motor City Machine Guns. Moose said that from now on, he wanted to be known as Mr. TNA before saying that they would continue to prove to trust the system.
  • Nic Nemeth came to the ring to make his TNA television debut. Nemeth said that he was intimidated & excited for his next venture. Nemeth said that he was eyeing the TNA World Title, but said that he respected the people in the locker room to just demand a title shot off the jump and was looking for a fresh start.
    Steve Maclin interrupted and said that Nemeth's road was similar to his own after being released from WWE, but said that Nemeth was a phony and that Nemeth was here to take instead. Nemeth hit Maclin with the Zig Zag.
  • Gia Miller interviewed the newly crowned TNA Knockouts World Championship Jordynne Grace backstage, saying that she was now at the top of her game. Trinity interrupted and put over Grace, but Trinity told Grace that she wanted a rematch to regain the title. Grace accepted the challenge.
  • Jai Vidal came to the ring to cut a promo. Vidal ran down the crowd because he saw why he left Las Vegas in the first place before saying that no one could beat him up. Unfortunately for Vidal, this invoked PCO to interrupt the promo.
  • PCO def. Jai Vidal.
  • The Motor City Machine Guns (Alex Shelley & Chris Sabin) cut a promo backstage where they promised to get revenge on The System, with Kazuchika Okada as their teammate for next week's main event bout.
  • Josh Alexander def. Will Ospreay.
    • After the match, TNA President Scott D'Amore massively put over Ospreay, Alexander & the fans for always keeping the name of TNA alive after Bruce Pritchard killed it years ago. D'Amore said that if he dropped dead tonight, he would be a happy man because of Hard To Kill, TNA Return & the match between Ospreay & Alexander. D'Amore said that TNA is back and that it was never going away.
