• The Meta Four (Jakara Jackson & Lash Legend) vs. Damage CTRL (IYO SKY & Kairi Sane)
• Fatal Influence (Jacy Jayne, Fallon Henley or Jazmyn Nyx) vs. Stephanie Vaquer & Giulia
• NASCAR Xfinity Series Champion Cole Custer to appear
• Oba Femi vs. Luca Crusifino (w/ Tony D'Angelo, Adrianna Rizzo & Channing "Stacks" Lorenzo).
• Trick Williams and Ethan Page speak to the NXT audience ahead of NXT Halloween Havoc
• Jaida Parker vs. Tatum Paxley.

• Vic Joseph & Booker T. Huffman welcomed the audience to the broadcast before transitioning into the opening match.
• Damage CTRL (Iyo Sky & Kairi Sane) vs. The Meta Four (Jakara Jackson & Lash Legend) Ended in a No-Contest.
  • Chelsea Green and Piper Niven attacked Meta Four and Damage CTRL, causing the referee to call the match off.
• Karmen Petrovic, Brinley Reece & Sol Ruca were training in the locker room before Ashante Adonis met with Petrovic. The interaction weirded out Ruca & Reece.
• Jaida Parker def. Tatum Paxley via Pinfall (Hip Check).
  • Wendy Choo grabbed Paxley after the match and placed her inside a container.
• Lexis King confronted the No Quarter Catch Crew (Charlie Dempsey, Myles Borne, Tavion Heights & Wren Sinclair) to challenge Dempsey to a match for the Heritage Cup Title. Dempsey accepted but said that King would regret it.
• As Wendy Choo carried her container, NXT Tag Team Champions Fraxiom (Nathan Frazer & Axiom) met with Cedric Alexander & Je'Von Evans, where Frazer told Evans he would get better over time just not now. Evans took offense to this and slapped Frazer, leading Wes Lee to tell him that some would come at him for being "too successful".
• There was a vignette of Giulia & Stephanie Vaquer ahead of their match on NXT Halloween Havoc against Cora Jade & NXT Women's Champion Roxanne Perez.
• Adrianna Rizzo was attacked backstage. The attacker was unknown.
• Oba Femi def. Luca Crusifino (w/ Channing "Stacks" Lorenzo) via Pinfall (Pop-Up Powerbomb).
  • Femi attacked Crusifino & Lorenzo after the match. Tony D'Angelo tried to make the save, but Femi took him down and laid Crusifino & Lorenzo out.
• There was a video vignette for DELTA, who will now be going in NXT under the name of ZARIA.
• There was a vignette of Andre Chase, who said there was no saving for Ridge Holland and who he was before promising to end Holland's misery in an Ambulance Match.
• Ethan Page & NXT Champion Trick Williams had their face-to-face segment, where Page said Williams had not gone through the depths he had or tasted his blood while wrestling. Williams said he would let the title slip easily, but Page said the rules were made for him and he was desperate to regain the taste of being a champion in WWE once again.
• Cora Jade & NXT Women's Champion Roxanne Perez spoke backstage but Fatal Influence (Jacy Jayne, Fallon Henley & Jasmy Nyx) interrupted to say they would leave the remaining Stephanie Vaquer & Giulia to them. Kelani Jordan interrupted to find out who her possible opponent on Halloween Havoc would be, but Fatal Influence refused to answer.
• Sol Ruca def Karmen Petrovic via Pinfall (Sol Snatcher).
• Nikkia Lyons spoke with Tyson Dupont & Tyriek Igwe before Oba Femi gave Lyons her robe back after attacking Adrianna Rizzo backstage.
• Hank Walker & Tank Ledger (w/ Cole Custer) vs. OTM (Lucien Price & Bronco Nima).
