- After a video package recap of the 6/9 edition of NXT Battleground, Vic Joseph & Booker T. Huffman welcomed the audience to the broadcast before transitioning into the opening segment.
- The newly crowned & first-ever NXT Women's North American Champion Kelani Jordan kicked off the show, where she acknowledged her gymnastics background helped her win the title and that Sunday would be a night she would never forget. Jaida Parker interrupted and laid her claim at a title shot, but she was immediately interrupted by an ambush from "Michin" Mia Yim, leading to their match.
- "Michin" Mia Yim def. Jaida Parker via Pinfall (O'Connor Roll).
- The finish came when Jaida Parker tried to use the chair on Yim, but "The Machine Gun" Karl Anderson took the chair from Parker, allowing Yim to get an O'Connor Roll for the win.
- Thea Hial had Ridge Holland & Chase University (Andre Chase, Riley Osbourne & Duke Hudson) in the classroom. While they were arguing, Hail kindly asked them the following: "EVERYONE SHUT THE FUCK AND SIT DOWN!". She then told them that everyone on the team was a part of Chase University and it was not a teachable moment, but the truth.
- Gallus (Joe Coffey, Mark Coffey, & Wolfgang) def. New Catch Republic (Tyler Bate & Pete Dunne) & Wes Lee via Pinfall (Discus Lariat from Joe Coffey on Wes Lee).
- Jaida Parker vented to OTM (Lucien Price & Bronco Nima) and promised to ensure she ran Mia Yim out of NXT.
- Malik Blade & Edris Enofe spoke with Brinley Reece ahead of her match, telling her to be careful with Wendy Choo because she was recently acting weird.
- Wendy Choo def. Brinley Reece (w/ Malik Blade & Edris Enofe) via Submission (Cross-Arm Sleeper).
- Byron Saxton interviewed the NXT Women's Champion Roxanne Perez on the NXT Parking Lot, where she bragged about beating the most dominant woman in wrestling and promised to provide an address of the NXT Women's Division tonight. Robert Stone met with Perez and asked her what would be said on the segment, but Perez said that he & Ava would have to wait for her statements later.
- Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes came to the ring, where he previewed his "I Quit" match against AJ Styles at WWE Clash At The Castle before being interrupted by NXT Champion Trick Williams. Williams related his struggles as champion to Cody's, but Rhodes told him there was always another mountain to climb. After that, Rhodes announced that there would be #1 Contender's Battle Royal Match, where people from multiple locker rooms would be in the match.
- Sara Schreiber interviewed Dante Chen backstage, where Chen said he would end his feud with Lexis King tonight and on his terms.
- Carlee Bright spoke with people from the women's locker room before Wendy Choo appeared and stared daggers at Bright.
- Singapore Cane Match: Lexis King def. Dante Chen via Pinfall (The Coronation).
- Jacy Jayne & Jasmyn Nyxx appeared from a room before Cody Rhodes confronted them. Rhodes then gifted Jayne the "Undashing" Mask for her to use.
- There was a video package of Eddy Thorpe ahead of his return after the commercial break.
- Mia Yim revealed to Karl Anderson & Luke Gallows that Ava granted her. shot at the NXT Women's North American Title for next week after beating Jaida Parker.
- Brooks Jensen scared off Vic Joseph on the commentary table before Booker T demanded someone to get security.
- Eddy Thorpe def. Tavion Heights via Pinfall (Impaler DDT).
- The No Quarter Catch Crew (Charlie Dempsey, Damon Kemp & Myles Borne) watched the match backstage, where Dempsey said Tavion Heights looked impressive and asked Borne to go get him. Kemp said they did not need new members, but Dempsey responded by saying never question his authority ever again.
- Stevie Turner told Ava & Robert Stone that Roxanne Perez intended to call Ava out for an apology tonight, to which Ava responded by saying that it was a good thing Perez was not paid for thinking.
- Shawn Spears def. Je'Von Evans via Pinfall (C4).
- Nathan Frazer & Axiom were hanging out with the New Catch Republic (Pete Dunne & Tyler Bate) before The D'Angelo Family (Tony D'Angelo, Luca Crucifino, Adrianna Rizzo & Channing "Stacks" Lorenzo) appeared. As D'Angelo was speaking with Axiom, Bate & Dunne, Frazer looked directly at the NXT Heritage Cup before D'Angelo said they would teach them a lesson. Frazer said he would pull double duty.
- Cody Rhodes spoke with Shawn Spears but was interrupted by both Ethan Page & Lexis King respectively. Rhodes then said they are where they belong.
- NXT Women's Champion Roxanne Perez came to the ring to call out Ava for an apology. Ava appeared, but they were interrupted by Jacy Jayne & Jasmyn Nyxx, who said they were why people tuned in to the show. Meta Four's Lash Legend & Jakara Jackson then interrupted, but they were stopped by Lola Vice, who said that it was a matter of time until the NXT Women's Title was hers. This ended in a brawl, where Jayne & Nyx were laid out before Vice & Perez tossed Jackson & Legend out of the ring. Vice & Perez stood tall to end the broadcast.
