Good afternoon Fight Fans, we hope your day is going well! It's time for NXT UK where Gallus, Rhea Ripley and more will be in action!
-NXT UK general manager Johnny Saint and assistant manager Sid Scala are in the ring to start the show and talk about the matches at NXT UK Takeover: Cardiff before they're interrupted by Imperium who say that they're not in charge anymore and that Imperium are. Imperium says that they are no longer needed and demand that they leave the ring before WALTER says that they are the superior force in NXT UK and that he's destroyed everyone in his path while questioning who is left to challenge him before Tyler Bate's music hits and Tyler attacks WALTER from behind. Tyler then brawls with WALTER before officials and trainers separate them before Sid makes the title match between the two official as we go to commercial.
-We get a plug for the music for NXT UK Takeover: Cardiff which is performed by Mark Andrews band Junior before Gallus make their way to the ring.
Gallus (Mark Coffey & Wolfgang) vs Pretty Deadly (Sam Stoker & Lewis Howley)
Wolfgang attacks Lewis from behind before tossing him across the ring and Sam comes in and gets tossed into the air and slammed down to the mat before beating on Sam. Mark rocks Sam with forearms and hits a Russian leg sweep before Gallus hit a double monkey flip to Sam and Sam kicks Mark away before Lewis gets the tag and Mark hits a spine buster before Wolfgang powerslams him immediately after for the pin and the win.
Winner: Gallus defeat Pretty Deadly via pinfall when Wolfgang pins Lewis with a powerslam.
-Jordan Devlin meets with Sid Scala before Sid puts him in a match with Alexander Wolfe before Dave Mastiff is interviewed where he says that he wants Joe Coffey one on one.
Rhea Ripley vs Dani Luna
Rhes immediately drops her opponent with a boot and beats her down before driving her into the corner and hitting several shoulder thrusts before Luna comes back with forearms and gets tossed for her troubles. Rhea hits Luna with clubbing blows and a dropkick before Luna slaps her and Rhea hits the Riptide for the pin and the win.
Winner: Rhea Ripley defeats Dani Luna via pinfall with a the Riptide.
-We get an extended video package for the NXT UK Women's Championship Match between the champion Toni Storm and the challenger Kay Lee Ray.
-We get a video package detailing the injury and subsequent surgery on Eddie Dennis where he talks about the risks and what he calls, ungrateful fans and the unjust hate by said fans before Xia Brookside and Piper Niven versus Jinny and Jazzy Gabbert as well as Joe Coffey and Dave Mastiff are announced for next week's show.
Jordan Devlin vs Alexander Wolfe
Wolfe puts Jordan in a choke before they grapple on the mat and Jordan gets to his feet before slapping Wolfe and rolling out of the ring. Jordan takes his sweet time getting back into the ring before they lock up for a clean break and Wolfe rocks Jordan with a forearm before dropping him with an elbow to the back of the neck. Jordan drops Wolfe with a back elbow and hits a running meteora for a two count before rocking Wolfe with uppercuts, Wolfe countering a uranage into a gut buster. Wolfe locks in abdominal stretch and digs his knuckles into the ribs of Jordan before hitting a delayed reverse suplex across the top rope for a two count. Wolfe mocks and stomps Jordan before whipping him into the corner, Jordan hitting a sunset flip stomp into a uranage and a standing moonsault before hitting a slingshot cutter for a near fall.
They slap each other until they transition to forearms and kicks before Jordan counters a powerbomb and drops Wolfe with a headbutt before kicking him in the head until he collapses. Jordan then hits a Spanish fly for a very close near fall before Wolfe hits a bridging German suplex for a near fall and Jordan drops Wolfe with a roundhouse kick before he misses a moonsault and Wolfe rocks him with a kick before hitting a sit-out powerbomb for the pin and the win.
Winner: Alexander Wolfe defeats Jordan Devlin via pinfall with a sit-out powerbomb.
