WWE RAW Results for 7/19/21 Money in the Bank Fallout, John Cena Returns

Good evening Fight Fans, and welcome to our coverage for tonight's edition of WWE RAW!

- We open tonight's show with the return of John Cena before he gets on the mic and says that he's missed the WWE Universe before saying that he's there to explain why he showed up and interrupted Roman Reigns' celebration of his successful title defense against Edge. John says that the WWE Universe and brought him back as well as his quest for the Universal title at Summerslam. John says that the Roman Reigns' experience has gone on long enough and he's not as over as he says that he is before saying that he's going to be at Smackdown Friday, and can't wait to see Roman there before he's interrupted by Riddle. Riddle then comes out to the ring on his scooter and the two say bro several times before John leaves and Riddle gets ready for his match up next as we go to commercial.

AJ Styles, Omos, John Morrison vs Viking Raiders & Riddle

AJ and Riddle start the match off before John comes in and Riddle suplexes him before dragging him to the corner and tagging in Ivar and VR double team John for two as we go to commercial.

We come back from the break to AJ in control of Riddle until he gets the hot tag to Erik who exchanges with AJ until dropkicking him and AJ counters a suplex before they exchange until they collapse as Miz looks on from ringside before John and Ivar come in and run the ropes and exchange cartwheels. Ivar misses a moonsault before John misses Starship Pain before Riddle takes Miz's water squirter and makes Omos think Miz sprayed him before Omos throws John through the ropes and AJ keeps Omos from going after Miz and VR hit the Viking Experience to John for the pin and the win.

Winner: Viking Raiders and Riddle defeat John Morrison, AJ Styles, and Omos via pinfall.

- Backstage Jaxson Ryker stares at the camera and says a few words as we go to commercial.

Symphony of Destruction Match
Elias vs Jaxson Ryker

Jaxson goes right after Elias and hits him with a keyboard before Elias hits him with a hi-hat before tossing it into the ring and Jaxson sends him into a drum kit before smashing his face off of the bass drum and Elias drops him with a jumping knee when he comes off of the apron with an acoustic guitar before hitting him with the keyboard. Jaxson sends Elias head first into a gong before breaking an acoustic guitar over his back as we go to commercial.

We come back from the break before Jaxson sends Elias into the post and hits him with a guitar before hitting him with a drum before slamming him onto a piano for two before they exchange on top of the piano until Elias sweeps Jaxson for two before Elias breaks a standing bass over Jaxson for a near fall. Jaxson then hits a superplex off of the top and onto the floor through a pair of the tables for the pin and the win.

Winner: Jaxson Ryker defeats Elias via pinfall.

- We go backstage to Adam and Sonya talking with Mansoor before Mustafa shows up and the two agree to a rematch later tonight before the two leave and Sheamus shows up and threatens Adam and Sonya before leaving as we go to commercial.

- We come back from the break to the celebration for Charlotte Flair winning the RAW Women's title from Rhea Ripley last night before she's interrupted by Rhea Ripley when she says that she could beat Rhea any night and would gladly face her again tonight. Rhea comes out to the ring and challenges Charlotte to a match before the two are interrupted by Adam and Sonya who make a rematch for the RAW Women's title and Charlotte goes after Rhea's knee before leaving.

- We get a recap of Nikki Cross winning the Women's Money in the Bank Ladder match as we go to commercial.

Natalya & Tamina vs Shayna Baszler & Nia Jax

Natty and Nia start the match off before Nia splashes Natty in the corner and tags in Shayna before the two double up on Natty and Shayna stomps the elbow of Natty before Nia comes back in and runs into the post before Natty clotheslines her for two. Tamina superkicks Nia off of the apron before Shayna rolls her up for two before Tamina slams Shayna and goes up top before she's distracted by Reginald and Tamina superkicks Shayna when Shayna is focused on Natty for the win.

Winner: Natalya and Tamina defeat Shayna Baszler and Nia Jax via pinfall.

- After the match Nia turns on Reggie and headbutts him before leaving with Shayna.

- Akira Tozawa 14then runs down with Superstars behind him in pursuit of the 24/7 title before he pins Akira to win it before fleeing and flipping over the steps and doing backflips to the back as we go to commercial.

Sheamus vs Humberto Carrillo

Humberto goes right after Sheamus before hitting a diving cross body for two before stomping Sheamus in the corner as Damian Priest looks on from backstage before low bridging Sheamus and Sheamus catches him with a forearm when he goes for a suicide dive. Sheamus then powerbombs Humberto onto the edge of the apron before playing to the crowd as we go to commercial.

We come back from the break to Sheamus still in control as he his an Irish Curse and rips and tears at the mouth of Humberto before hitting him with clubbing blows in the ropes before playing to the crowd and Humberto bites him before kicking his legs and rocks him with a whirlwind kick before Sheamus stomps him down. Humberto hits a frankensteiner into a dropkick before hitting a suicide dive that sends Sheamus into and nearly over the announce table before rolling him back inside and going up top before hitting a missile dropkick for two before kicking Sheamus in the chest. The two then exchange strikes until Sheamus headbutts Humberto and hits a Brogue Kick for the pin and the win.

Winner: Sheamus defeats Humberto Carrillo via pinfall.

- WWE champion Bobby Lashley and MVP come out to the ring to celebrate Bobby's decisive victory over Kofi Kingston last night at Money in the Bank before we get a graphic for an open challenge Bobby will be holding as we go to commercial.

WWE Championship Match
Bobby Lashley (c) (w/ MVP) vs Keith Lee

Bobby backs Keith into the corner before beating on him and Keith drives him into several corners before Bobby catches him with a back elbow and Keith hits a running cross body before Bobby counters a powerbomb into a flat liner before choking Keith in the ropes and beating him down in the corner. Bobby clotheslines Keith over the top rope and down onto the floor before going out after him and trying to lift Keith before failing and Keith sends him into the post before hitting a running splash and Bobby spears Keith at ringside before bringing him back inside. Keith then powers out of the Hurt Lock before Bobby hits a spine buster and hits a second spear for the pin and the win.

Winner: Bobby Lashley retains his WWE title by defeating Keith Lee via pinfall.

- After the match Bobby is interrupted by the returning Goldberg who comes out to challenge for the WWE title at Summerslam before the two nearly come to blows and MVP stops Bobby from attacking Bill as we go to commercial.

- We come back from the break to MVP saying to the interviewer that Bobby won't dignify Bill's disrespect with a response before they leave the arena.

- We go to the ring to Jinder Mahal, Veer, and Shanky in the ring where Jinder explains their feud before he's interrupted by Drew McIntyre who attacks them with a chair when Veer and Shanky sing Happy Birthday to Jinder before wearing the chair out on Shanky as Jinder and Veer escape.

- We get a video package for Karrion Kross before he comes out to the ring alone, without Scarlett for his debut match.

Karrion Kross vs Jeff Hardy

Kross immediately drops Jeff with a forearm and stomps him before hitting t-bone suplexes and runs into the post before Jeff hits a Twist of Fate and goes up top before Karrion dodges a Swanton Bomb before elbowing Jeff in the corner and Jeff hits a powerbomb with his feet on the ropes for the win.

Winner: Jeff Hardy defeats Karrion Kross via pinfall.

- After the match Kross is interviewed where he says that Jeff made the biggest mistake of his life because in the end everyone will Fall and Pray.

- We go to tonight's segment of Alexa's Playground with special guest Lilly before Eva Marie and Doudrop show up as we go to commercial.

- A RAW Tag Team title rematch is announced for next week between the champions AJ Styles and Omos and the challengers the Viking Raiders.

WWE RAW Women's Championship Match
Charlotte Flair (c) vs Rhea Ripley

Rhea slams Charlotte before hitting a running splash in the corner and driving her shoulder into Charlotte before dropkicking her and locking in a cravat before kneeing Charlotte in the face and Charlotte comes back with chops before Rhea counters a suplex and hits Charlotte with a German. Charlotte hits a low dropkick before Charlotte whips her into the corner and clotheslines her over the top rope and down onto the floor before booting her off of the apron and hitting a chop block at ringside before tossing her back inside and the referee checks on Rhea as we go to commercial.

We come back rom the break to Charlotte still in control as she focuses on the leg of Rhea before Rhea comes back with a German and rip cord clotheslines into a question mark kick and a northern lights suplex for two before Charlotte boots her and goes for a moonsault, but Rhea gets her knees up. Rhea locks in a figure four on Charlotte before Charlotte is quick to reverse the pressure and stomp Rhea before chopping her and Rhea hits the Riptide for a near fall when Charlotte gets her foot on the bottom rope for the break. Charlotte then takes her title and leaves before Rhea gives chase and Charlotte hits her with the belt for hte disqualification.

Winner: Rhea Ripley defeats Charlotte Flair via disqualification, but Charlotte retains her title due to champions advantage.

- After the match Rhea attacks Charlotte before Nikki comes out with her briefcase and cashes in her Money in the Bank contract.

WWE RAW Women's Championship Match
Charlotte Flair (c) vs Nikki Cross

Nikki immediately hits a diving cross body and pins Charlotte for the win.

Winner: Nikki Cross defeats Charlotte Flair via pinfall to become the new RAW Women's champion.
