- After a video recap from the 11/22/2024 episode of SmacKDown, Michael Cole & Corey Graves welcomed the audience to the broadcast before transitioning into the opening match.
- Rhea Ripley, Naomi, Bianca Belair, Bayley & Iyo Sky came to the ring for a promo, where Ripley said no one would be able to stop them on the Women's War Games Match, with Naomi guaranteeing the team of Nia Jax, Candice LeRae, Tiffany Stratton & The Judgement Day (Liv Morgan & Raquel Rodriguez) would get what they deserve coming and Sky bowing to destroy them. Jax, LeRae, Stratton & The Judgement Day interrupted, with Jax trying to boil tensions between Bayley, Sky & Belair before Morgan started speculating that Bayley may have been the culprit of Jade Cargill being sidelined. The two teams went into an intense brawl at the ramp before Jason Jordan, Petey Williams, Jamie Noble & an army of security guards separated them.
- Shinsuke Nakamura def. Andrade via Pinfall (Kinshasa).
- LA Knight tried to confront Nakamura, but Nakamura spat the black mist on Knight.
- The Bloodline (Solo Sikoa, Tama Tonga, Tonga Loa & Jacob Fatu) were speaking backstage before Nick Aldis confronted them and announced everyone was banned from Fatu's match tonight.
- #DIY (Johnny Gargano & Tommaso Ciampa) argued backstage regarding Gargano's relationship with the Motor City Machine Guns (Alex Shelley & Chris Sabin) and told him he had one week to figure it out.
- There was a vignette for Kevin Owens, where he explained why he was right in his ways, specifying his going after The Bloodline and getting up every time as an explanation of why he felt frustrated by Cody Rhodes teaming with Roman Reigns. He bowed to turn the Canadian Nightmare into The Canadian Dream.
- WWE Undisputed Champion Cody Rhodes def. Carmelo Hayes via Pinfall (Cross Rhodes).
- Roman Reigns, Paul Heyman & CM Punk had a sit-down meeting ahead of teaming on the Men's War Games match at WWE Survivor Series. Punk continued to clarify he was only hear to help Paul Heyman and help him only. Reigns resented Punk's attitude & tone and clarified he did not like him nor wanted to team with Punk; however, Heyman continued to specify that they needed Punk to team with them but emphasized that if The OG Bloodline fell, Punk was next in The Bloodline's list. Heyman specified that divided they would fall but united, they would at least survive. Punk said if they survive War Games, he was all ears in revisiting this conversation with Reigns and specified Paul Heyman would owe him a favor later. Reigns tried to find out what that favor was, but Heyman told Reigns to get through War Games first and then they would clarify everything.

- WWE United States Champion LA Knight was interviewed by Byron Saxton, who said he would still beat Shinsuke Nakamura despite having blurry vision.
- Nick Aldis spoke to The OG Bloodline (Jey Uso, Jimmy Uso & Sami Zayn), where Aldis clarified everyone was barred from ringside for the match.
