- The broadcast began a video package showcasing highlights from the match between RK-Mc-Bro (Drew Mcintyre, Randy Orton & Riddle) vs The Bloodline (Roman Reigns, Jey Uso & Jimmy Uso) from WrestleMania Backlash 2022, where the Bloodline walked out victorious. After the video, Michael Cole and Pat McAfee welcomed the audience to the show, airing live from the state of Pennsylvania.
- The show began with Raw Tag Team Champions RKBro (Randy Orton and Riddle) making their way to the ring. Orton welcomed the crowd to SmackDown, saying he and Riddle were excited for tonight and are tired of the chase, saying the SmackDown Tag Team Champions, The Usos, cannot come up with a decision. Riddle said that seeing patters was his sixth (or seventh) sense, saying that Usos continued to evade them. Orton demanded to become the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champions, demanding Roman Reigns to come to the ring. Instead of Reigns, Sami Zayn came to the ring with a "Bloodline" T-Shirt, saying that he was happy to address them on behalf of The Bloodline saying that nobody wanted to see the Championship Unification Match, saying that RKBro would lose that match. Zayn said that they have a good thing going, before being rained down by "Sami Sucks" chants. Zayn suggested RKBro take the Raw Tag Team Championships and go back to Raw. Riddle said that he was going to call Zayn "Rusty" because his hair was the color of rust. Zayn that he would personally handle them if they get out of line. Orton commended him for taking the lead and taking action, suggesting Zayn vs Riddle for later in the night, with the stipulation being that RKBro gets the Tag Team Unification Match if Riddle wins. Zayn accepted, before saying that he will discuss it with Paul Heyman. That would not be necessary, as WWE Official made the match official for that exact instant, but it was not specified if it would give RKBro the tag title match.
Sami Zayn vs Riddle (w/ Randy Orton).
Riddle and Zayn locked up, with Riddle cornering Zayn. Zayn got a side headlock, but Riddle got Zayn with a Triangle choke before Zayn got the rope break. Zayn rolled outside before Riddle hit a low dropkick on Zayn outside. Zayn hit a series of punches on Riddle, before choking Riddle in the middle rope with his knees. Zayn hit punches from behind the head of Riddle, getting Riddle in another headlock. Riddle hit a Pele kick on Zayn, followed by two elbow strikes and a Fisherman's Suplex. Riddle went for the running Senton, but Zayn lifted his knees to block the move. Riddle went to the top rope, but Zayn pushed him to the outside before the commercial break. Zayn went to the top rope, but Riddle met him on the top. Zayn pushed him to the canvas and went for a splash, but Riddle caught Zayn with a V-Trigger for a near fall. Riddle went for Bro To Sleep, but Zayn evaded. Zayn went for a blue Thunderbomb, but instead got Riddle with a Michinoku Driver for a near fall. Zayn tried to taunt Orton by trying the Draping DDT, but Riddle sent Zayn to the outside. Riddle hit a Floating Bro on Zayn outside. Riddle hit a Powerslam and the Draping DDT on Zayn. Riddle scouted Zayn for the RKO, but Zayn rolled to the outside. Riddle went outside, but Zayn tossed Riddle to the ring-corner and over the barricade. Riddle got back to the ring at the count of nine. Zayn complained to the referee, Jessica Karr, but Riddle caught him with the Bro-Derek for the pinfall victory.

- The Bloodline were seeing backstage and they wondered why RKBro were still on SmackDown. The Usos stayed that they had something to proof, saying that they will reveal their next steps later in the night.
- Sami Zayn was seen backstage before he caught up with Shinsuke Nakamura. Nakamura said Reigns was the head of the table and that Zayn the Table's Ass before walking out of shot.
- After defeating Charlotte Flair on WrestleMania Backlash, the new SmackDown Women's Champion, Ronda Rousey, made her way to the ring to cut a promo. Rousey said Flair was a 13-time Women's Champion before she defeated her, saying that Flair was a tough challenge. Rousey issued an Open Challenge for the SmackDown Women's Championship, which was answered by former NXT Champion & former NXT Tag Team Champion, Raquel Rodriguez. Raquel introduced herself before accepting the challenge in both English and in Spanish, saying that it was going to be an honor to wrestle Rousey.

Ronda Rousey (c) vs Raquel Rodriguez
- Rousey and Raquel locked up, with Raquel getting a waist lock take down on Rousey. Raquel tossed Rousey to the ring corner. Raquel hit a knee-strike and a clothesline for a near fall. Raquel hit two Fall Away Slams on Rousey before hitting a Cork-screw splash on Rousey for a near fall. Raquel got Rousey in a modified Rack attack, but Rousey escaped. Rousey tried hit get Raquel with a arm-bar, but Raquel hit her with a side slam. Raquel went for another cork-screw splash, but Rousey evaded. Rousey went for a guillotine, but Raquel reversed it with a Flag Suplex for a near fall. Raquel got Rousey in a midfield arm-bar, but Rousey escaped with a series of knee-strikes. Rousey tried to do an arm-drag on Raquel, but Raquel was unphazed. Rousey hit a series of strikes and went for Piper's Pit, but Raquel got her with a Helicopter for a near fall. Raquel went for a Chingona bomb, but Rousey caught her in an arm-lock. Raquel went for a powerbomb, but Rousey caught her with the ankle lock. Raquel escaped and hit a big boot on Rousey for a near fall. Raquel went for a powerbomb, but Rousey reversed it for a pinfall attempt, getting the 3-count and retaining the championship.

- Shotzi was seen backstage complaining to Pearce, saying that Raquel pushed her out of the ring. Aliyah got into the conversation, saying that Shotzi locked her in the locker room to prevent her to come into the ring. The two continued to argue.
- Kayla Braxton was in the ring to interview Madcap Moss after his win against Happy Corbin on WrestleMania Backlash. Moss said that it was tough, but that he persevered and beat the big bald wolf (Corbin). Moss said he wanted to be in a tag team with Sasha Banks called "Madcap Boss" and win the Money in The Bank briefcase, but Corbin hit Moss with a steel chair to his back. Corbin put a chair on Moss' neck, before slamming the chair with the Andre The Giant Trophy. WWE Officials and a Medical team came to the ring to assist Moss. After the commercial break, Corbin got close to Moss, who was in a stretcher, and stayed "What do you call a place that has Moss? A Moss-pital".
WWE Women's Tag Team Championship Match
Sasha Banks & Naomi (c) vs Shayna Baszler & Natalya.
Baszler and Naomi began the match, with Baszler slamming Naomi's arm into the ring. Naomi ducked Baszler's kick and tagged in Banks. Banks and Naomi hit a double foot-drop on Baszler for a near fall. Natalya tagged in and kicked Banks in the corner. Banks hit the Tijeras, followed by a low-Meteora for a near fall. Banks to a sunset flip for a near fall. Banks got Natalya in the Banks Statement, but Natalya got the rope break. Banks for the Banks Statement, but Baszler tagged in and stomped her back before the commercial break. Natalya slammed Banks to the canvas before tagging in Baszler. Baszler hit the Hart Attack on Banks, but Naomi broke up the pinfall attempt. Baszler tried to stomp Naomi's arm, but missed. Naomi hit a grinning cross body on Baszler, followed by a Scissor kick. Naomi hit a jaw-breaker on Baszler. Baszler hit a strike and went for the rope-assisted pinfall, but the referee caught it. Naomi hit a spring-rope Inseguri kick on Natalya. Sasha Banks tagged in and went for rents due, but Natalya caught her with a Lariat. Naomi went for a pinfall reversal on Natalya, but Baszler kicked her arm. Baszler caught Naomi with a Kirafuna Clutch, but Banks hit a back-stabber to break the hold. Natalya went for the Sharpshooter on Naomi, but Naomi reversed it to get the pinfall win.

- Drew Gulak was seen talking to WWE Intercontinental Champion, Ricochet, saying that he would put Gunther in his place if he sees him again. Gulak saw Gunther and Ludwig Kaiser again and rather to put him in his place, he got chopped in the chest.
Kofi Kingston (w/ Xavier Woods) vs Butch (w/ Sheamus & Ridge Holland).
Kofi hit a dropkick on Butch, followed by both exchanging strikes. Butch hit a clothesline on Kofi before hitting Kofi with a series of elbow strikes on Kofi. Butch did a modified arm-bar on Kofi, before stomping Kofi's hand. Kofi launched Butch out of the ring. Kofi went for a slide on Butch, but Butch got back to the ring. Kofi hit a Top rope Lariat on Butch. Butch was sent to the outside and Kofi pump-faked a Tope Suicida. Kofi kicked Butch in the head before the commercial break. Butch had Kofi in a CRAVAT, but Kofi escaped the move by punching Butch in the head. Kofi hit a series of clothelines and a dropkick on Butch. Kofi hit the SOS on Butch for a near fall. Butch hit a chop on Kofi. Kofi went for a Spring rope Lariat, but Butch caught him with a forearm strike for a near fall. Butch went for a pump kick but instead hit a dropkick on Kofi. Kofi caught Butch with a Double Stomp. Sheamus and Ridge distracted Kofi Kingston long enough for Butch to hit Kingston with the Bitter End for the pinfall win. Butch walked out of the arena after the match.
Winner: Butch (w/ Ridge Holland & Sheamus).
- Zayn was backstage talking to Paul Heyman, saying that he was the one that stood up for The Bloodline in the name of SmackDown. Zayn said that he needs to get his respect back, with Heyman saying The Tribal Chief appreciates him.
- The Bloodline (Undisputed WWE Champion Roman Reigns and the SmackDown Tag Team Champions Jimmy & Jey Uso) made their way to the ring to address the challenge of RKBro. Reigns asked the crowd to acknowledge him, to which the crowd obliged. Reigns stated that The Bloodline usually smashes everyone on Sunday and then inform everyone what's next, but not this time because he smashed them all. Reigns said that he is untouchable, but that it was different for The Usos as they had a challenge in front of them. RKBro came to the ring and said that John Cena that he was 10 times the Superstar Reigns will ever be. Riddle said that RKBro needed to make that Unification match happen. Orton explained the concept of the Tag Team Title Unification to The Usos and then asked them what they thought about it. The Usos accepted the challenge, saying that it was on for the 5/20/2022 edition of SmackDown. Riddle hit a V-Trigger on Roman Reigns, leaving Reigns hooked to end the show.
