Rich Swann Sentenced To Six Months Probation After Pleading No Contest To Misdemeanor Charge

On September 4, Rich Swann pleaded "nolo contendere plea" (no contest) to a disorderly public intoxication and causing a disturbance charge from June.

Public court records show that he was sentenced to six months probation and a fine of $203. Swann has already paid all fines and amounts due stemming from the incident. The case is marked as "closed."

Swann entered a substance abuse rehab program following an arrest on June 8 in Altamonte Springs, FL where he was allegedly intoxicated and tried to forcefully enter an apartment that wasn't his. According to a police report, Swann was reportedly banging on the apartment door belonging to Zane Hoskins and yelling "this is my house." Hoskins informed Swann he had a gun, which caused Swann to leave the property.

TNA Wrestling suspended Swann after learning of his arrest.

Swann has celebrated his sobriety achievements in the months since the arrest. It is unknown when he will return to TNA television.
