Defending their championships in a wild Ladder Match at AEW Full Gear 2023, Big Bill and Ricky Starks defeated FTR (Dax Harwood & Cash Wheeler), House of Black (Malakai Black & Brody King), and LFI (RUSH & Dralistico).
Some standout spots in the match include Brody King hitting a Razor's Edge onto Dralistico across a ladder, Dralistico hitting a Poisonrana on Malakai onto a ladder, and Cash Wheeler delivering a piledriver onto a ladder.
However, by the end of it, Ricky Starks stood on top of the ladder with Cash Wheeler and utilized the championship belts to knock him off the ladder before retrieving the titles for himself and Bill.
