WWE Speed is off to a hot start.
WWE officially launched its new series on X (formerly Twitter) and it started with a bang.
Each week on WWE Speed, wrestlers will have 3 minutes to win a match. The first several episodes will encompass a tournament to crown the inaugural WWE Speed Champion. The inaugural episode aired on April 3 and saw Ricochet take on Dragon Lee in an incredibly explosive bout.
In the end, Ricochet was able to put away Dragon Lee with the Recoil, becoming the first man to advance in the tournament with only 3 seconds left on the clock.

Later, WWE uploaded a second match for the inaugural week of WWE Speed. In this second contest, Bronson Reed defeated Cedric Alexander with about 70 seconds left on the clock, utilizing his power advantage to ironically beat the faster opponent on the show named after the attribute of quickness.
Following his victory, Bronson Reed would declare that 3 minutes is all he needs to turn someone into a victim and that Reed is Speed
