On the June 10th episode of WWE Raw, Ricochet was slammed onto a vehicle windshield by Bron Breakker and taken away in an ambulance.

Ricochet would sign with AEW and make his debut at AEW All In.

Speaking on The Masked Man Show, Ricochet was asked if he knew that June episode of WWE Raw would be his last.

"Yeah, I think I went into it, and I think, even later, me and Triple H had a little talk, and he was like, ‘Any time, whatever,’ because I just hadn’t re-signed, and it was kind of my last time there before the time ran up. I think they knew I just wasn’t gonna do it. So I think they were just trying to give me a good out that made me…something that is open-ended. I think they wanted to leave it that way, but I think they knew it wasn’t going to happen," he said.

Elsewhere during the interview, Ricochet commented on his time in WWE. You can find his full comments by clicking here.

Ricochet picked up his first win in AEW on the August 28th episode of AEW Dynamite when he defeated Kyle Fletcher.
