Here's your fight size update following the October 3 episode of NXT.
- Ridge Holland made his return to NXT to save Butch and Tyler Bate from Gallus after Butch and Bate beat Gallus.
- A new era began on this week's episode of NXT. Ilja Dragunov and Trick Williams began the night as the NXT champion and NXT North American Champion respectively. They shared a moment where they congratulated each other on their respective wins at NXT No Mercy, unfortunately, the moment was interrupted by Carmelo Hayes, who was promised another match with the new NXT Champion but warned to finish his personal business with Williams first.
- Indi Hartwell returned to NXT tonight, however, she was on the losing end of a Triple Threat as Lyra Valkyria earned the right to challenge Becky Lynch for the NXT Women's Championship at NXT Halloween Havoc.
- WWE re-aired the latest vignette for Brian Pillman Jr.
- Thea Hail, embracing her new attitude teamed with Jacy Jayne to defeat Lola Vice and Elektra Lopez with Andre Chase and Duke Hudson watching on.
- Gigi Dolin bested Blair Davenport, but Davenport assaulted the referee afterward.
- After defeating Bron Breakker at No Mercy, Baron Corbin turns his attention to The Mad Dragon and the NXT Championship
- In the first match of the latest NXT Women's Breakout Tournament, Kelani Jordan defeated Izzi Dame.
- Next week, NXT is absolutely loaded as Cody Rhodes will make a major announcement, Asuka, at the request of Kiana James, will take on Roxanne Perez, and Carmelo Hayes will wrestle Bron Breakker with John Cena in the corner of Carmelo Hayes and Paul Heyman in the corner of Breakker.
