A real people's title.
During the WWE Hall of Fame 2024 ceremony, the widow of Muhammad Ali, Lonnie, presented The Rock with a People's Championship.
Ali was known as The People's Champion, and in 1998, The Rock asked if he could use the nickname. Ali gave his blessing.
The Rock was referred to as The People's Champion throughout his run with WWE.
After accepting the title, The Rock said it's his most honored nickname.

The Rock inducted his grandmother Lia Maivia into the WWE Hall of Fame class of 2024.
The Rock will return to the ring at night one of WrestleMania 40 when he teams with Roman Reigns to face Seth Rollins & Cody Rhodes.
