Ruby Soho is All Elite!
On September 5, AEW presented their annual All Out event. One of the featured matches was the Women’s Casino Battle Royale. The winner of which would earn an opportunity to challenge for the AEW Women’s World Championship.
After the first 20 contestants had already entered, “The Joker” was revealed to be the former Ruby Riott. The final three included herself, Thunder Rosa, and Nyla Rose. The bout had been dominated by Nyla to this point, but with Ruby tied up in the ropes, The Native Beast was eliminated by Rosa.
As the final two, Ruby and Rosa traded shots on the apron, but it was Soho who would eventually land a kick that would knock Thunder Rosa to the floor and win her the match. With this victory, Ruby has earned an AEW Women's World Championship opportunity against Dr. Britt Baker, D.M.D.
