AEW suspended Guevara on June 22 for his 2016 comments made on a podcast where he said he wanted to "fucking rape" Sasha Banks. Guevara issued multiple public apologies and spoke with Banks in a private phone conversation. Guevara agreed to undergo extensive sensitivity training following the incident.
Guevara will be back in action next week when he teams with his Inner Circle running mates in a ten-man tag team bout against The Best Friends, Orange Cassidy, Luchasaurus, and Jungle Boy.
