Satoshi Kojima Had Benign Tumor Removed From His Head, Is Fine

MLW provides injury update on Satoshi Kojima.

Satoshi Kojima recently had a benign tumor removed from his head.

BUSHI To Leave NJPW

That's according to MLW, who confirmed the news to Fightful and added that Kojima is "fine."

Kojima is a Japanese pro wrestler who has appeared in a myriad of organizations, including New Japan Pro Wrestling, All Japan Pro Wrestling, Impact Wrestling, All Elite Wrestling and, most recently, Major League Wrestling.

He is a multiple-time champion, winning the MLW World Championship twice. He is also currently the MLW World Tag Team Champion, alongisde Okumura. Additionally, Kojima is a two-time IWGP Champion, a NWA World Heavyweight Champion, the winner of the G1 Climax in 2010, and more.

In 2005, Kojima was ranked number three in the PWI 500.

He is also a big fan of bread.

Kojima tweeted in January of this year that he was "fine," and the reason for that is because he eats bread.

Best wishes to Kojima on as he recovers. Fightful will update this story as more information becomes available.
