Seth Rollins: I Feel Like I'm Just Starting My Prime, But I Think More Of My Career Is In The Past

Seth Rollins comments on his future in WWE.

Seth Rollins has undoubtedly already racked up enough accomplishments in WWE to be guaranteed a place in the WWE Hall of Fame one day. However, while "The Visionary" says he's just entering his prime now, he also believes he has more days in the squared circle behind him rather than in front of him.

Vince McMahon: We Have A Family. Not The McMahon Family. A Much Broader Family. I'm The Patriarch

Rollins expressed these sentiments during an interview with Michael Cole that aired during the Countdown Show before WWE Money in the Bank 2024. Michael Cole prompted these comments after telling Seth that he could be on the last major run of his career.

"I mean, I feel like I'm just hitting my prime. Let's make that clear. I feel like I'm just starting my prime. But yeah, I do think more of my career is in the past than in the future. That's no doubt. I've given a lot of thought about my legacy and what I want it to be, and I'm back to win the World Heavyweight Championship. I want to add it to my legacy. I want to continue to build on everything that I've done."

Seth Rollins ultimately failed to win the World Heavyweight Championship at WWE Money in the Bank, but that's because of the interference of Drew McIntyre, who inserted himself in the match by virtue of winning the Money in the Bank briefcase earlier in the night, and CM Punk, who interfered in the match to get his hands on McIntyre.

Elsewhere in this interview, Seth Rollins provided an update on Becky Lynch. Read more here.

Someone who is going to be retiring in the near future is John Cena, who made that announcement during the 2024 Money in the Bank event. Learn more here.
