Seth Rollins would like to see Roman Reigns take on The Rock. In fact, he says that if he were given booking power tomorrow, it would be one of the first matches he would book.
A match between The Rock and Roman Reigns has been teased for so long that Roman himself has said they don't even need to build it up; they will let the hype continue to build itself. The last time Rock and Roman were in a long-term program together, they worked side by side at WWE WrestleMania XL on Saturday against Seth Rollins and Cody Rhodes.
Now, during an appearance on Outta Pocket with RGIII, Seth Rollins says that if he were given the power to book matches, he would book The Rock against Roman Reigns immediately to get the long-teased match out of the way.
"This might be controversial, but the first one I would do tomorrow, I would want to get that Roman Reigns vs. Rock match out of the way. I’m sick of everybody talking about it. I just want to get it out of the way. See how much you love it when you see it. Already [fell through], twice, don’t need it again."
On this year's Road to WrestleMania, The Rock made his presence felt by being the catalyst for John Cena to turn heel on Cody Rhodes.
It is currently unknown when, or if, The Rock will wrestle again.
Seth Rollins will headline another WrestleMania Saturday against Roman Reigns. This time, CM Punk is the third man in the match, and they may very well be fighting for the right to Paul Heyman's wisdom.
