The latest Owen Hart Foundation Cup Tournament qualifying match announced for the men is set to be a high-flying classic.
During the May 1 AEW Dark tapings at Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida. Tony Schiavone announced to Dante Martin that he will be facing Rey Fenix in an Owen Hart Tournament qualifier.
Rey Fenix returned to AEW on Wednesday, April 27th after suffering an injury in the match where he and Penta Oscuro lost the World Tag Team Championship.

The official tournament is set to begin one week later in Long Island, New York. So far, Darby Allin, Adam Cole, Samoa Joe, Kyle O'Reilly, and Dax Harwood have qualified. Jeff Hardy and Bobby Fish will also be meeting in a singles match to qualify for the tournament. That match will take place on Wednesday, May 4.
