The injury in question came last week when Sting had his leg pinned in a chair by The Undisputed Elite and had it stomped on by Kyle O'Reilly. Sting and Darby had come to the ring to help Matt and Jeff Hardy who were being attacked by the group after Jeff lost his Owen Hart Tournament match against Adam Cole.
It's chaos here at #AEWDynamite as now @Sting and @DarbyAlllin get involved! What a night here on @TBSNetwork! pic.twitter.com/hPE7JhkVTT
