Sting Saves Darby Allin From Being Set On Fire After Jack Perry Retains TNT Title In Coffin Match At AEW All In

Sting returns to AEW to save Darby Allin from being set on fire, but he does not arrive fast enough to save Darby Allin from losing to Jack Perry in a Coffin Match at AEW All In.

Jack Perry defeated Darby Allin in a bloody Coffin Match at AEW All In, becoming the first person to defeat Darby in his signature match in the process.

Despite Perry feeling the effects of real glass, which he tried to introduce into the match, he used duct tape to tie Darby's hands together, used Darby's own belt to tie his feet together, and tossed Darby off of the stage through a table. Following this, they put him in a coffin. When Darby still refused to stay down, Perry hit him with a running knee, spit on him, and then closed the coffin shut.

That still wasn't the end of things. Darby then tried to set the coffin on fire after Nicholas Jackson and Matthew Jackson came down to douse Darby and the coffin in gasoline.

Fortunately, before Perry could light the coffin on fire, the lights went out in Wembley Stadium, and Metallica's Seek and Destroy played as Sting returned with his bat in hand to attack The Elite. Perry ran away from Sting, but the Jacksons received a Double Scorpion Death Drop.

This was the first time Sting appeared in AEW since he and Darby defeated Matthew Jackson and Nicholas Jackson at AEW Revolution in Sting's last match.
