The Street Profits still want the smoke.

On the March 14th episode of WWE SmackDown, The Street Profits (Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins) beat DIY (Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa) to win the WWE Tag Team Championships. In doing so, they captured the titles for the first time since 2021.

In a WWE SmackDown Exclusive, The Street Profits were asked to comment on what it felt like to hold the gold again. Dawkins noted that it was unreal, and he was inspired by Real Madrid. Ford stated that the job had just started, and Dawkins said that they would not lose the titles any time soon.

Angelo Dawkins: Unreal. A couple days ago, I went to go to see Real Madrid versus Atletico Madrid, and watching their resilience on the pitch was something special. It motivated me to come out here and put on a show, especially in Barcelona.

Montez Ford: All week, we’ve been talking about job’s not finished, job’s not finished. But guess what? Job’s just started. We’re the new WWE Tag Team Champions.

AD: We ain’t losing these no time soon. So like we say, any team that want to get in our way, try to get a shot at these titles, we putting y’all in the dirt, ten toes down. Street Profits, bar none, fade all, we want the smoke.

Ford and Dawkins then went off to celebrate their victory together.
