Suge D: AR Fox Never Phones It In, I've Seen Him Have WrestleMania Quality Matches For Three People

Suge D has high praise for AR Fox.

Since signing with AEW in November 2022, AR Fox's fanbase has continued to grow, as the star's skills have been on display for the world to see. Before coming to AEW, many fans considered AR Fox to be one of the most underrated wrestlers in the world that wasn't signed to a major company.

While speaking to Fightful Overbooked's Indied podcast, Suge D was discussing how he wants to level up as a performer now that he's the Pan-Afrikan World Diaspora Wrestling World Champion. Suge said that he wants to be on AR Fox time, meaning that he'll never phone it in when it comes to competing in the squared circle.

“Since the day I met AR Fox, all the way back in the day in FIP, AR Fox is one of my favorite wrestlers because that man don’t know how to phone it in. I’ve seen him have mania quality matches for three people, I’ve seen him have it with stadiums now, which he deserves. He don’t know how to turn down. This man will be a broken mess but will still come out the curtain and give you everything. It’s not a discussion, he goes out there and he’s got to do it his way. I want that, I want to be on AR Fox time."

AR Fox is set to face his old friend, Swerve Strickland, on the November 4 episode of AEW Collision. Fans can see the current lineup for the show by clicking here.
