The 2024 winner of the CMLL Women's Grand Prix has been crowned.

CMLL hosted on Friday, October 25, 2024, a new episode of "Viernes Espectacular" from the mythical Arena Mexico in Mexico City, Distrito Federal, Mexico to celebrate the 2024 edition of the Women's International Grand Prix. The show was headlined by a massive 20-woman elimination tag match, pitting Team Mexico (Reyna Isis, Dark Silueta, Amapola, Hera, Sanely, Princesa Sugehit, Skadi, Kira, Lluvia & Zeuxis) against Team World (Sumika Yanagawa, Samantha Black, Alex Windsor, Viva Van, Persephone, La Catalina, Unagi Sayaka, Tessa Blanchard, Red Velvet & Willow Nightingale).

After a lengthy and hard-hitting affair between the two teams, the finish came down to Reyna Isis & ROH Women's World Television Champion Red Velvet. After an intense exchange between the final two, Reyna Isis ended up picking up the win by making Velvet tap out with the Archangel's Death Lock on Velvet to become the winner of the 2024 Women's International Grand Prix.

Reyna Isis became the 4th ever winner of the Women's Grand Prix and the 22nd winner of any variant of CMLL's Grand Prix tourney ever. The previous winner was none other than one-third of the current AEW World Trios Champions Claudio Castagnoli (you can read this here). Not the only big win for Isis this week either, as she defeated Viva Van on the 10/24 edition of ROH On Honor Club in her Ring of Honor Debut (check the article for the results here).
