Trish Stratus is set to return to the ring at WWE Elimination Chamber when she teams with Tiffany Stratton to take on Nia Jax & Candice LeRae.
Stratus competed in the women's Royal Rumble, but has not been in a traditional match since she faced Becky Lynch inside a steel cage at WWE Payback 2023.
Speaking to Mike & Tyler on Counted Out, TJ Wilson confirmed he'll be producing the women's tag team bout at WWE Elimination Chamber and praised Stratus.
"It’s awesome. Trish brings a lot to the table. What I love about Trish is that she’s fearless and she’s aggressive in the ring. She just wants to show that she belongs in every era. She fits in. That last singles match she had was the best match of her career, I thought. That cage match was with Becky, I thought it was the best match of her career. That’s part of her aggressiveness and absolutely fearlessness. The fact that it’s going to be in Toronto is really special and cool," said Wilson.
