In the closing sequence of the match, Kyle O'Reilly was able to neutralize Big Bill by sending him crashing through two tables after putting him to sleep. In the ring, Jericho missed a chair shot on Mark Briscoe, which in turn allowed Briscoe to drop him with a Jay Driller. Moments later, Briscoe set up a ladder and put Jericho on a table. Briscoe proceeded to crush Jericho with a splash off of the top of the ladder.

Briscoe attempted to pin Jericho, but Bryan Keith got involved at the last second and broke up the pin. Tomohiro Ishii quickly took out Keith before then crushing Jericho with his signature brainbuster for the win.
