Toni Storm regains the title.
Toni Storm defeated Jamie Hayter to regain the AEW Women's Title at AEW Double or Nothing, picking up the victory with Storm Zero. Storm survived Hayterade due to Hayter's bad shoulder and not being able to connect with the full force of the move.
Before the bout began, Hayter was attacked backstage by Saraya & Ruby Soho. The Outcasts tossed Hayter into the entrance way and they, along with Storm, continued their assault on Hayter's shoulder. Britt Baker & Hikaru Shida eventually came down during the bout to help Hayter and go after Saraya & Soho.
Hayter was injured going into the match and wasn't cleared to compete on the May 17 episode of AEW Dynamite. She had her shoulder taped up for the bout.
