Tony Khan Would Love If A WWE-AEW Supershow Were Possible, 'I Don't Know That It Is'

Tony Khan addresses a possible WWE-AEW crossover.

WWE and AEW have shown a willingness to work with other promotions over the years with AEW currently partnering with NJPW, CMLL, STARDOM, and more while WWE has partnered with TNA Wrestling, Marigold, and Pro Wrestling NOAH.

Speaking on the Rich Eisen Show, AEW President Tony Khan was asked about the possibility of WWE and AEW collaborating for a supershow.

"I would love if that were possible. I don’t know that it is, but it would be great if it was possible for the fans. I think that would be wonderful, but there are a lot of challenging business things in the world of pro wrestling that I think would make that a very challenging thing to do," he said.

WWE and AEW have worked together on minor things like AEW talent Bryan Danielson and Chris Jericho sending in video messages for John Cena on a June 2022 episode of WWE Raw.

Elsewhere during the interview, Khan discussed Bryan Danielson's future in AEW. You can find his full comments by clicking here.
