  • Tom Hannifan & Matt Rehwoldt welcomed the audience to the broadcast before transitioning into the opening segment.
  • JDC, Masha Slamovich & The System (Eddie Edwards, Brian Myers, Moose & Alisha Edwards) cut a promo in the ring. Eddie said it was time for a "System Reboot", with the first targeting to get a Tag Title Rematch against ABC (Ace Austin & Chris Bey) on TNA Victory Road. Moose then said he would regain the TNA World Title at TNA Victory Road and said that if he & JDC won their tag match tonight against Miek Santana & Joe Hendry, JDC would become an official member of The System; however, he also said that JDC was out if they lose tonight. Alisha Edwards then said she was not cleared to compete due to "concussion protocol", but SPITFIRE (Dani Luna & Jody Threat) interrupted. Luna & Threat wanted a rematch for the Knockouts Tag Titles and would get their shot at TNA Victory Road with one stipulation: if SPITFIRE lose, they break out as a team.
  • Gia Miller interviewed Eric Young backstage, where he said that Steve Maclin got one over on him and he had earned his respect. Young said he would represent himself & TNA tonight against Jake Something.
  • There was a video package recapping JBL's debut on TNA on TNA Emergence.
  • Laredo Kid def. KUSHIDA via Disqualification.
    • Josh Alexander attacked Laredo Kind, ending the match in a DQ. After the attack, KUSHIDA issued a challenge for Alexander for right that moment. Alexander was about to leave, but KUSHIDA caught him on the ramp and continued to brawl ahead of the impromptu match.
  • Josh Alexander def. KUSHIDA via Pinfall (C4 Spike).
    • Joe Hendry checked on KUSHIDA backstage before Josh Alexander interrupted them. Hendry told Alexander he would never forget how Alexander shamed him on TNA Slammiversary.
  • TNA Knockouts World Championship - Open Challenge: Jordynne Grace (c) def. Karmen Petrovic (w/ Arianna Grace) via Pinfall (Juggernaut Driver).
    • Grace was attacked after the lights went out, with a pillow on the mat.
  • TNA Tag Team Champions ABC (Chris Bey & Ace Austin) cut a promo addressing The System, but they were interrupted by First Class (KC Navarro & AJ Francis), who challenged them to a match next week.
  • There was a vignette of a mystery woman who was "Coming Soon".
  • The newly crowned TNA X-Division Champion Zachary Wentz cut a promo, where he said he was in the highest of the highs as the new champion. Mike Bailey interrupted to congratulate Wentz on the title win but would be enacting his rematch clause at TNA Victory Road. The Good Hands (John Skyler & Jason Hotch) interrupted and said they were disgusted by this sportsmanship and the state of Kentucky. Hotch attacked Wentz & Bailey from behind, leading to a match tonight.
  • Mike Bailey & Zachary Wentz def. The Good Hands (John Skyler & Jason Hotch) via Pinfall (UFO Cutter from Wentz on Skyler).
  • Steph DeLander called out Matt Cardona to explain all of his actions. DeLander said she had not heard from him before the wedding, which led to Cardona apologizing for not interrupting the wedding earlier. Cardona then revealed that Steph DeLander was still under contract for his services, saying DeLander was "his property".
  • The Hardys (Jeff Hardy & Matt Hardy) cut a promo backstage saying they wanted a shot at Eddie Edwards & Brian Myers of The System next week to regain momentum for the TNA Tag Titles.
  • Eric Young def. Jake Something via Pinfall (Spike Piledriver).
    • Something attacked Young after the match, slamming Young with a Black Hole Slam. Steve Maclin rushed to the ring to make the save for Young after the attack.
  • Gia Miller interviewed Joe Hendry backstage, where he said he was not going to keep his head down and was now going to focus on chasing the TNA World Title.
  • Gia Miller interviewed Heather Reckless ahead of her debut next week, but Ash By Elegance & George Iceman interrupted and told Miller to "hit the bricks" before telling Reckless to not listen to "any of the trash" in the roster. Gisele Shaw interrupted and said the Knockout's division was built on respect. Ash continued to be disrespectful, leading to Shaw slapping Ash in the mouth.
  • Moose & JDC (w/ Alisha Edwards) def. Joe Hendry & Mike Santana via Pinfall (Spear from Moose on Santana).
    • Josh Alexander joined the broadcast team for the match.
    • TNA World Champion Nic Nemeth watched the match from Mexico, where he said that all Moose had to do was step to him to get a title shot but was not surprised he took the easy way out by attacking him and "going to social media". Nemeth said he would finally beat him at TNA Victory Road because Moose could not take out "The Wanted Man". Nemeth held his title high to end the broadcast.
